Process Definition. We’ll give you a clearly defined process for the development of proposals and presentations, including flow diagrams and written descriptions to help satisfy ISO or other quality system requirements.

Tools. Because this is a content- and data-driven function, you need an effective system to manage your information. We will help you leverage your existing tools or implement new tools to improve efficiency and results. Some of the critical components are:

• Tracking & Reporting. We will develop a system for tracking proposals, including customer, business line, status, value, geographic location and other factors so you can report results accordingly.
• Archiving. We will institute a document management system for revising, naming, numbering and archiving proposals and related documentation for efficient retrieval later.
• Management Approvals. We will create the tools you need to document management approvals of costing, pricing and other proposal elements. In some publicly traded companies, evidence of these approvals is necessary to satisfy Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements.
• Re-Use Library. We will establish a storage and reference system for commonly used proposal elements. This system enables easy utilization of previously produced text and graphics.

Staffing & Training. We’ll train your internal team to manage the system we implement. If necessary, we’ll even help you recruit proposal management personnel.
