Connectiv Solutions has a highly specific and technical set of software and services designed to identify unnecessary costs incurred in the operation of wireless networks. Immersed in the detail and engineering of the product, Connectiv needed assistance to recast the presentation of their tool and services into terms that were clear, compelling, and equally accessible to business executives as it was to technical professionals.
Connectiv teamed Kinetic with its graphic designer to complete development of its website and marketing collateral. We wrote website, brochure and case study content that retained enough technical information to satisfy subject-matter experts and reinforced the tool’s technical excellence, but also made the content easy to read and understandable to non-technical executives. Finally, we focused on positioning the product in a meaningful way to encourage sales by addressing the information potential buyers would need to know: what the product did, why it mattered, and the impressiveness of the return on investment. The end product was a brand supported by highly compelling, well-positioned information across multiple platforms, including digital and print media.
